Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage our team of EVS techs/housekeepers, ensuring high standards in cleanliness and safety.
• Recruit, mentor, and provide corrective action as needed for an hourly workforce.
• Drive client and resident satisfaction scores by delivering exceptional service.
• Collaborate with hospital staff across all departments to ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and employees.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations.
• Monitor and manage operating budgets, including payroll, supplies, and equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000-$75,000/yr

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while handling confidential information.
• 2-3 years of management experience in long-term care, hospitals, or a related housekeeping role, leading an hourly workforce (preferred but not required).
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a hospital setting.
• Experience with budget management and regulatory compliance.
