Position Summary: As a Technical Program Manager, you will join the team that runs the Azure services, which are the backbone of all these experiences. These services are designed and built to support millions of daily users across the world with special emphasis on quality and high security, privacy, and compliance standards.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers to ensure alignment and seamless execution
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, dependencies, and timelines, to ensure successful project delivery
• Answer questions from both technical teams and business stakeholders
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, key milestones, and any changes in scope
• Create accurate technical documentation and communications
• Run the Service Review tracking the service KPIs & SLOs and planning the capacity requirements
• Drive the compliance, security and privacy activities such as audits and reviews
• Lead and streamline partner onboarding process
• Triage customer escalations
• Contribute to, identify, and manage improvements in how we work (planning and release tools, processes, policies)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree AND 5 years of product/technical program management
• 3 years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects from initiation to completion
• Microsoft 365 experience (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Edge, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
• Platforms (Windows, Web, iOS, Android).

Preferred:

• Understanding of basic software system design concepts
• Familiarity with building and running a large-scale cloud service (Azure, AWS or similar)
• Basic experience with SQL or similar query language
• Ability to understand complex concepts and make reasoned decisions objectively
• Project Management experience and relevant certification
• Experience developing and managing processes at the enterprise level (e.g., investigations, remediation, request intake, etc.)
• Security, compliance and/or privacy experience
• AzureDevOps, PowerBI experience
