Job Description
● Test management background with a proven history of success (5-7 years)
● Coordinating all testing activities during every stage of the test process
● Coordinating at all levels on testing strategies in line with best practices
● Manage software testing resources (Train, allocate and monitor productivity) from project initiation to post implementation review and in maintenance period
● Knowledge and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, TTD, Continuous Testing, and Automated Testing
● To continuously improve, go above and beyond, and provide outcomes, empower, and enable the testing team.
● Experience with quality management systems (QMS).
● DevOps: Azure Boards and Wiki management experience will be an added advantage
● Hands on experience on testing automation frameworks and tools (Nice to have)
● Facilitate and execute the software change management process for the deployment of the applications into different Environments.
● Knowledge of various test levels and test types, Hands on experience with Performance testing and High analytical and technical capabilities
● Critical thinking skills, to help work through customer problems and production issues, as well as develop strategies for improving product quality.
● Oversees test activities as allocated and makes sure that everyone involved in the project has a solid understanding of how to incorporate test techniques and strategies across projects for better quality
● Coordination and leadership skills, investigating customer complaints and prepare / review test plans.
● Develop and implement comprehensive QA processes and procedures for our development projects
● Define QA standards and metrics for measuring product quality and performance
● Establish and enforce QA best practices across the organization.
Requirements:
● Lead and manage a team of QA engineers to ensure timely and effective testing of software applications
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
● Conduct regular audits and reviews of QA processes to ensure compliance with standards
● Provide guidance and training to team members on QA methodologies and tools
● Stay current with industry trends and best practices in QA and testing
