The Job
As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst at Simpro, you will play a key role in driving sales effectiveness and efficiency. You will be responsible for analyzing sales data, implementing process improvements, and providing insights that will help shape the strategy of our sales organization. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, operational expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure our sales teams have the tools and resources they need to succeed.
Salary: $100-130,000 base
What You’ll Do
- Be a trusted business advisor for sales leaders, driving operational rigor, go-to-market planning and execution.
- Provide timely sales analytics including weekly pipeline analysis, forecasting, and sales results.
- Own business inspections, root cause and corrective actions, weekly “run-the-business” meetings and quarterly business reviews.
- Own modeling and implementation of sales territories and quota setting.
- Identify operational issues and collaborate with cross functional teams to design solutions to make business flow better for the sales teams.
- Ensure system integrity in Salesforce and make recommendations for enhancements to improve efficiency, processes, consistency and reporting.
- Provide operational support as needed. Example: troubleshooting sales systems, providing information, guidance and training to staff.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Sales Operations, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, including reporting, dashboards, and process automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in sales data analysis and forecasting.
- Advanced Proficiency in Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Experience with sales process optimization, pipeline management, and operational efficiency.
- Self-starter with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
