Software Methods is seeking a
Sales Support Analyst, for a one year contract opportunity, to assist our client onsite in their
Chadds Ford, PA facility. The ideal candidate will have one to two years’ experience in a corporate setting.

Responsibilities:
- Provide tier 2 support of platforms like Mobile Locker, Field Roster, and CRM
- Ensuring consistency and integrity throughout the company's database
- Monitor request queue and act on requests as required
- Report to and provide updates to direct management
- An ability to work well with others, objectivity, creativity, and with diplomacy.
Required Experience:
- College degree in Business, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems preferred
- Good technical skills using MS Office and Excel
- Customer research and service skills
- Excellent communications skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Good technical skills using SQL
- Experience working with CRM/SFA systems
- Sales Reporting experience.
