Software Methods is seeking a Sales Support Analyst, for a one year contract opportunity, to assist our client onsite in their Chadds Ford, PA facility. The ideal candidate will have one to two years’ experience in a corporate setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide tier 2 support of platforms like Mobile Locker, Field Roster, and CRM
• Ensuring consistency and integrity throughout the company's database
• Monitor request queue and act on requests as required
• Report to and provide updates to direct management
• An ability to work well with others, objectivity, creativity, and with diplomacy.

Required Experience:

• College degree in Business, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems preferred
• Good technical skills using MS Office and Excel
• Customer research and service skills
• Excellent communications skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Good technical skills using SQL
• Experience working with CRM/SFA systems
• Sales Reporting experience.
