Pay Rate: $25/hour

Shift: Monday-Friday 6a-6p, occasional Saturdays

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HACCP/Food Safety Program
• Implement and maintain SQF certification
• Advocate for food safety and quality
• Monitor compliance with regulations and standards
• Collaborate with Plant Manager and production staff
• Develop and maintain employee food safety training
• Administer QA programs and workflow
• Analyze product quality issues
• Coordinate with 3rd Party Testing Partners
• Maintain a safe laboratory environment

Qualifications:

• 2 years of QA experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for shift duration
• Current HACCP and PCQI certifications
• Current SQF Practitioner certification or ability to obtain
• Basic knowledge of laboratory practices
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Positive, team player mentality
• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field preferred
