Our software enables users to virtually control the manufacturing process and machines, interact with and track the flow of production material, and get quick and powerful insights about the line.
We are looking for a highly motivated application support engineer to join the Factory Software team. The ideal candidate will have a good balance of building relationships with stakeholders, solving technical problems and knowledge of enterprise systems (MES, WMS, ERP). You will be the technical expert of our systems and provide answers to technical problems submitted by internal customers.
