    Job Summary:We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Software Support Engineer to join our team and support our custom Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution. This solution provides federated single sign-on and access management features for our clients, and we need a dedicated individual to ensure its smooth integration, assist end-users, identify and resolve software defects, and contribute to our knowledge base. Key Responsibilities:1. Integration Support:   - Assist customers in integrating custom and third-party applications with our IAM solution.   - Provide technical guidance and expertise during the integration process.   - Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues, ensuring seamless functionality.2. End-User Support:   - Be the primary point of contact for end-users experiencing login and access issues.   - Respond to support requests promptly and professionally.   - Diagnose and resolve user authentication and access problems, escalating complex issues when necessary.3. Software Defect Identification and Resolution:   - Collaborate closely with the development team to identify and report software defects and issues.   - Participate in the software defect resolution process, verifying fixes and ensuring timely delivery to clients.   - Conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.4. Knowledge Base Development:   - Create and maintain Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and knowledge base articles for known issues and common user questions.   - Ensure that documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to both internal teams and customers.5. Quality Assurance Testing:   - Perform quality assurance (QA) testing on software updates and new releases to verify functionality and compatibility.   - Document test cases, execute test plans, and report defects.   - Provide feedback to the development team to improve product quality. Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts, including Single Sign-On (SSO) and access control.- Previous experience in software support or a related customer-facing role.- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.- Familiarity with software defect tracking and reporting tools.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
