Summary:
The Software Development Manager will play a key role in revolutionizing our software development platforms, ensuring both quality and standardization of the system using all features and functionality and making world-class, high-performance integrations to Best-of-Breed applications and ERP systems. The Software Development Manager will be responsible for analyzing high-level user requirements provided by key stakeholders within the business. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop and execute activities that advance our global eCommerce platform capabilities and other eCommerce initiatives. The Software Development Manager will work closely with cross functional business and technical teams, drive continuous improvement of the customer experience via new features and enhancements, optimization of integration points with WMS and other systems, and expand the functionality to new geographies and products.
