Provide users with technical support for computer problems Recruit, hire, train and supervise staff, or participate in staffing decisions. Evaluate data processing proposals to assess project feasibility and requirements "

Specific Requirements:

Position Summary:

Will be responsible for managing a subset of the portfolio for the digital organization which includes tracking the health of the portfolio and its initiative from end to end & driving readiness and prioritizations of the reviews. The lead will also be responsible for driving product management functional excellence including process enhancements and tool set up/ optimization used by product management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Track portfolio health status across the product management Kanban using information systems • JIRA
• Collaborate with RTEs, Product Managers, Software Leaders and Product Owners to track and ensure readiness of initiatives, epics, and features for prioritization. Help develop and improve the current portfolio process, cadence and governance mechanism
• Develop dashboards and communication packs for the overall status of the portfolio • e.g. progress, risks, impact and metrics • leverage JIRA and PowerBI for the same
• Communicate the progress across initiatives over a period and measure against success metrics.
• Coach core program management skills (capturing voice of the customer; risk identification, mitigation, & escalation; collaborative problem solving)

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelors’ Degree is required. Manager would prefer to see candidates with degrees in computer science, IT, business or related.
• 2 experience as a program manager in PMO working in an agile environment in a large organization
• Experience with JIRA and PowerBI is highly desired
• 4 years experience in project/ program management with a large organization
• Ability to drive readiness reviews, track health of the portfolio, ideas to implementation
• Preferred: -• SAFe (scaled agile) experience and certifications
