Job Overview:
We are seeking a Fleetio System Support employee to join us at Hunter Excavation, a fast growing excavation, timber, paving and transport company. The right applicant will have great computer skills, able to work independently and take direction, all while working in a high volume, fast paced environment. Experience in parts inventory preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate to manage our Fleetio System.

Duties include working with on the "Fleetio" Fleet management system to:

• Plan and scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
• Develop a good working relationship with maintenance crew, equipment operators and admin staff.
• Manage and track fuel consumption, mileage and expenses.
• Registering and licensing all vehicles under their management
• Forecasting parts needs and ordering parts to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Monitor the current parts inventory.
• Receiving parts, including placing them into inventory and properly labeling them

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
