Administrative Assistant

IDR’s largest client is seeking a Administrative Assistant to join their team in Chattanooga, TN!
** This position is fully onsite in Chattanooga, TN. Must be local!

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

• Direct check requests and invoice processing, expenses, timekeeping, etc.
• Creating and editing PowerPoint presentations
• Experience with contract management
• Experience with creating DocuSign Documents
• Support with meeting and travel arrangements and coordinate calendar and department meetings when necessary.

Requirements of the Administrative Assistant:

• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Great planning and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office software suite required; Ability to quickly pick up new digital tools and technology is key to success.
• Previous secretarial/administrative work experience performed at a high level of proficiency in traditional office skills required
• Great time management skills, meet deadlines, and work well in a team environment.
