  • We are currently seeking a dedicated and meticulous Internal Auditor to join our team. This role will focus primarily on conducting lifecycle audits, from the initiation phase through to reporting, with a strong emphasis on accounting processes and a smaller component related to conflict of interest reporting. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving inefficiencies.Key Responsibilities:Lifecycle Audit Execution:Lead and execute audits from initiation, including planning and executing statistical sampling and testing.Effectively negotiate corrective actions and improvements with internal stakeholders.Prepare comprehensive audit reports detailing findings and recommendations.Accounting Focus (90%):Conduct thorough process reviews to ensure adherence to established procedures and regulatory requirements.Manage relationships with volunteers to identify opportunities for continual improvement, ensuring ongoing compliance and conformity to regulations and standards.Proactively identify system and process inefficiencies, providing actionable suggestions for enhancements.Take on special projects and administrative responsibilities as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to the company's goals.Conflict of Interest Reporting (10%):Develop and implement effective conflict of interest reporting processes.Ensure accurate and timely reporting of conflicts, facilitating transparency and integrity within the organization.
