Spa Attendant (essential functions):

• Helps ensure a 5-star experience for all our guests
• Always has a smile ready for our guests
• Is skilled at multi-tasking to manage laundry, relaxation area and changing rooms simultaneously.
• Ensures clean, fresh laundry is always available for guests and service providers
• Understands the tools and products necessary to provide the freshest laundry in the spa industry.
• Helps provide a well-appointed and serene relaxation area for guests
• Ensures a spotless, well-stocked changing room for guests
• Ensures all glassware, dinnerware and utensils are spotless and ready for use
• Has a keen attention to detail, is tidy and organized
• Takes pride in his or her work ensuring each guest has only the best experience
• Communicates frequently with the hospitality team to meet and exceed all expectations
• Is a steward of the Woodhouse brand making sure all areas comply to Woodhouse standards.
• Is flexible and is available to work evenings and weekends

Preference for prior experience in a hospitality or housekeeping role

Working conditions:

· Standing for up to 6 hours at a time

· Walking across spa multiple times during shift

· Lifting to 30lbs

· Bending, reaching, stooping

· Repetitive motion

· Reasoning, problem solving, hearing, speaking

· Fast/steady paced environment, multiple priorities

· Ability to adapt to changes

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
