SPA ATTENDANT jobs in Berkeley, CA

Zen Springs in Oakland downtown, is looking for part time Spa Associate. We are seeking responsible and friendly individual who is from LOCALLY (Oakland only) with the ability to multitask and work as independently in a spa environment. We are open 7 days a week, with morning, afternoon, evening, and late night shifts available. Ideal candidates have worked in customer service, are passionate about wellness, and have a high level of attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Previous spa/salon/hospitality/retail experience a plus
• Punctual, reliable, and well organized
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Enjoys working with people
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Possess basic computer skills.
• Professional telephone and email etiquette
• Detail-oriented and self-direct
• Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

• Efficiently and precisely schedule appointment and handle transaction
• Offering assistance and instruction to guests/visitors
• Answering telephone call
• Greeting and Check in spa client
• Spa opening or closing duties
• Clean private spa room after spa session finished
• Maintaining functionality and cleanliness of spa
• Washing and folding laundry

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
