POSITION PROFILE:

The Spa Coordinator will be responsible for the overall smooth and efficient administration of the Spa including staffing team members, scheduling guests, completing payroll, ordering supplies, marketing Spa services and ensuring excellent customer service. They will strive to model the Pursell Farms core values in the completion of their work.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:

• Create, schedule and maintain weekly work schedules based on the needs of the department and to ensure full coverage seven days/week
• Use marketing tools to identify and recruit new clients both from our guest base and the greater community
• Develop and implement SOP's for routine treatments and procedures
• Monitor and ensure that all financials are balanced according to guidelines and reported to controller properly
• Prepare bi-weekly payroll for team members and contract labor
• Promote sales of collateral products and services
• Work cooperatively with all other departments to ensure full utilization of Spa services
• Perform all other duties as needed

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

• High school graduate or equivalent GED required; AA degree in Business, Retail or similar field of study preferred
• At least two years of related retail sales/management experience. Prior Spa experience a plus

• Ability to lead, manage and motivate team members to perform with excellence
• Ability to build relationships with guests to sustain repeat customers and attract new customers
• Knowledge of sales and payroll basics
• Computer skills including MS Office, Excel, Springer-Miller or similar hospitality scheduling programs preferred
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts including both weekday and weekend hours
