Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa facility. As a Spa Manager, you will be responsible for managing the spa staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in shift management, assistant manager or store management roles, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of spa operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations for spa services
- Train and supervise spa staff to ensure they deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage stock levels of spa products and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and properly priced
- Oversee the implementation of marketing strategies to promote spa services and increase client base
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as necessary
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

- Expert knowledge in nails, hair styling and spa industry

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role such as shift management, assistant manager, or store management within the spa or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, staff, and vendors
- Knowledge of inventory management and ability to maintain stock levels
- Familiarity with payroll processes and procedures
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive spa experience for clients
