Position Description: The Director of Service Coordination (DSC) is responsible for the development, coordination, and implementation of services in the residential, vocational, and day services programs at Northern Hills Training Center. The DSC will be responsible for communication coordination between parents/guardians to the respective departments. The DSC will also be the central communicator between NHTC and External Case Management companies to ensure that services and support for individuals are appropriately identified and implemented between both parties. The DSC will be responsible for ensuring strong communication and coordination between programs, between families/guardians, and ensuring accountability of the programs.

Education Requirements/Experience: Bachelors from an Accredited College or University is required. Preferred field of study in Special Education/Disabilities. 2 years of experience in the Human Service Field.
Hours: Monday-Friday; 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and available for emergencies.
Wage: Salaried exempt at $28.00 - $32.00/hr. DOEQ. Salary covers all hours worked beyond the hours listed.
