As a Special Events Manager/Day Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various special events. Duties:
- Plan and execute special events, including team building, fundraisers, corporate events and similar outings.
- Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and timeline development
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution
- Develop event marketing strategies to promote attendance and engagement
- Manage event registration processes and attendee communications
- Oversee event setup, including decor, audiovisual equipment, and catering arrangements
- Provide on-site event management and troubleshooting during events
- Conduct post-event evaluations to analyze success and identify areas for improvement
Skills:
