Special Events Coordinator - Casino jobs in Miami, FL

We are currently seeking a talented and passionate individual interested in a business opportunity to become a Cruise Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and be well versed in all aspects of organizing cruise itineraries and booking reservations. 

Responsibilities:

• Research and maintain current knowledge of cruise liners and upcoming cruises

• Familiarize self with terms and conditions of various cruise lines and enforce with customers

• Work with customers to arrange and organize detailed cruise itineraries

• Utilize a range of resources to obtain best possible rates and discounts for clients

• Provide immediate response to customers regarding their inquiries and requests

• Collect and process payments from customers

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with cruise lines

• Assist customers during travel with any relevant and necessary travel advice

• Offer similar services in other types of travel (all-inclusive, adventure, etc). as desired

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in the vacation industry is a plus but not essential

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to build and maintain client relationships

• Ability to multitask and prioritize

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Working knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Office
