    We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our esteemed team as Events Coordinator-Banquet Leader in delivering warm and gracious hospitality to our members and guests.


    The Events Coordinator-Banquet Leader will work closely with the Events Management Team to assist in planning, managing, and executing top-tier events such as golf tournaments, weddings, member events, and holiday gatherings. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of event logistics and a penchant for providing outstanding customer service to ensure successful and memorable events.

    Job Responsibilities: 

    • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing a broad range of events such as golf tournaments, weddings, member events, holidays, and any other special occasion.
    • Manage event logistics, including registration and attendee tracking, presentation and materials support, and pre- and post-event evaluations.
    • Collaborate closely with the events, kitchen, grounds, and clubhouse staff to deliver superior guest experiences.
    • Help with event calendars and provide timely updates to all relevant parties.
    • Manage event-related inventory, including procurement, storage, and disposal.
    • Assist with vendors and contractors before, during, and after the event.
    • Provide on-site support during events, including set-up and clean-up tasks.
    • Handle any arising problems and troubleshoot any emerging issues on the event day.
    • Create/Run pre-event meetings with clubhouse staff before each day.

    Qualification and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Planning, or related field.
    • Proven experience in event management or coordination.
    • Proficient in MS Office and event management software.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
    • Exceptional customer service orientation and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work flexible hours – particularly on weekends and holidays.
    • A thorough understanding of health and safety regulations.
    • Team player with leadership skills.

    Pay Rate: $22.00
