GRAND FORKS COUNTRY CLUB is a small, fast-paced, and creative restaurant with a great team. We are looking for a motivated and creative leader to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the front of house and assisting in the day-to-day operations.
Duties include:
·Manage kitchen staff and assist in daily food preparation and service.
·Ensure that all food is prepared to GRAND FORKS COUNTRY CLUB standards.
·Assist in daily menu planning and execution.
·Ensure that all food is prepared to high quality standards.
·Assist in daily inventory management.
·Assist in weekly cost control.
·Assist in weekly cleaning and organization of kitchen and dining areas.
·Maintain cleanliness of all dining areas including tables, chairs, floors, etc..
·Maintain cleanliness of all equipment including tables, chairs, floors, etc..
·Maintain cleanliness of restrooms including restrooms, trash cans, etc..
·Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.
Qualifications:
·High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
·1-2 years of restaurant management experience preferred.
