Opportunity
Conceive, design, and execute events, aligned with the established brand standards, to grow
the Leisure Guest segment in room night consumption and revenue contributions for Destination
Kohler (DK) as well as provide a unique story to tell through resort marketing. Special events
will generate resort traffic and ancillary DK business revenue through effective research,
planning and strategic execution. Special events will operate within budget parameters for all
events.
Specific Responsibilities
Achieve room night goals and event profitability plans as established by the Manager – Leisure
Sales. Each event shall be supported with research, effective programming, and an
implementation plan under the guidance of Manager – Leisure Sales.
Research and report on emerging behaviors and trends in the industries applicable to our
target market.
