WE ARE LOOKING A DOCUMENT SPECIALIST

• Full-Time Employee (32-40 hrs)
• First Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Monday - Friday

Position Profile

• Satisfies customers according to company standards of quality and output by preparing, photocopying, inspecting, compiling, assembling and binding documents. Works with desk-top publishing software to ensure client files can be manipulated (or created) for proper output. Works with one of the following specialized equipment - color plotter, connected small format color printer/copier, mounting, and laminating devices. Works with Macintosh computers and software for manipulation or creation of client files for proper output. May run shifts in the absence of the Shift Manager.

Duties:

• Achieves customer satisfaction by consistently preparing, inspecting, compiling, and assembling projects accurately in a timely manner.
• Maximizes print performance as workflow permits, by simultaneously performing a minimum of two functions on print equipment.
• Maintains optimal machine performance by correcting simple machine problems (clearing jams, refilling toner, replacing machine oil, etc.)
• Troubleshoots problems by communicating effectively and promptly to manager.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior work experience in LDS, a legal FM, or a graphics environment is necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
