ROLE PURPOSE

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and execute a strategic marketing plan to attract potential customers, harness referrals and testimonials, and expand our client base.

The Marketing Specialist will work both independently and collaboratively with teammates to bring the company to higher achievement levels within the seacoast kitchen & bath design marketplace.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

· Build and enhance brand recognition of KRB Kitchen Bath Design Center over multiple modalities

· Provide content management of company website to ensure it remains fresh, effective and an active source of showcasing design projects

· Oversee and execute targeted marketing campaigns to support the marketing strategies and goals identified

· Manage all social media advertising

· Craft unique, useful, and creative advertisements to showcase our talents

· Seek alternate options for media tools (large/ small scale advertisements, community connections, etc.) and present recommendations to the administrative team

· Research new and innovative forms of marketing to promote and expand

· Develop and execute a calendar of events for the company

· Work with teammates to plan, create, and launch creative campaigns that resonate with targeted audiences

· Gather and present data on marketing effectiveness monthly to the administrative team and present recommendations for further/ future focus areas

· Serve as an effective team member and ensure all marketing programs are metrics-driven and goal-oriented

· Provide training to other staff members regarding best practices for sharing/ showcasing our company brand

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field

· Exceptional technology skills and understanding of marketing management

· 2 years of marketing experience

· Strong ability to execute and lead various marketing initiatives

· Proven success with demand generation for complex sales

· Experience in leadership and cultivating positive media coverage

KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS

· Must be driven & passionate about the KRB level of ethics, processes, and branding

· 2 years relevant professional experience

· Strong marketing skills

· Self-starter willing to seek new and innovative marketing strategies

· Up to 20% travel

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
