Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various painting techniques and possess a strong understanding of color theory. Responsibilities: - Prepare surfaces for painting such as sanding, scraping, and priming - Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or sprayers - Mix and match colors to achieve desired shades - Perform touch-ups and ensure quality finishes - Work on new construction projects as well as remodeling jobs - Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople for project completion - Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations Qualifications: - Proven experience in construction painting and remodeling projects - Proficiency in fixture installation, plastering, and frame carpentry - Knowledge of building materials and techniques - Ability to weld and perform minor carpentry tasks - Understanding of color theory and its application in painting - Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have): - Experience in frame carpentry and building structures - Familiarity with welding techniques for metal surfaces If you are a dedicated Painter with a diverse skill set encompassing construction painting, remodeling, carpentry, and color theory, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.34 - $23.75 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus opportunities

Experience:

• Airless paint spraying: 5 years (Required)
