Specialty and Metal Sprayer, Sr. operates thermal spray. Prepares, masks, and applies metal spray coatings to rebuild parts. Being a Specialty and Metal Sprayer, Sr. able to perform all aspects of metal spray, including combustion, wire arc and thermal spray functions. Performs equipment maintenance, job quotes, sets up machines. Additionally, Specialty and Metal Sprayer, Sr. reads prints and drawings. Performs machine inspection.
