As a Specification Writer, you'll be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance across our projects. A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is required, with comprehensive knowledge of building codes, construction materials, and industry best practices. The ideal candidate has strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to producing accurate specifications. Must have eight to ten years of professional experience in Architecture and Engineering, demonstrating proficiency in document production and specifications.
