Translates the ideas, objectives, position, and management philosophy into messaging that relates to the topic, speaker, and intended audience. Being a Speech Writer ensures consistent messaging strategy and brand identity are included in every piece. Provides subject matter expertise in delivering presentations and speeches Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Speech Writer typically reports to a manager. The Speech Writer work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Job Description
As a skilled nursing facility speech-language pathologist, you'll help patients with swallowing, speaking, understanding and other speech-related tasks they need to function. Working in a skilled nursing facility, you'll review medical histories, develop and implement speech therapy treatment plans, recommend equipment, monitor patient progress and more. You'll play a critical role in helping patients who are ill, injured or disabled regain independence and quality of life.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent experience as a speech language pathologist in a skilled nursing facility
- Degree in relevant field
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- Current state license
