Sponsored Programs Director directs and oversees externally funded programs for a university/college such as research programs and scholarship programs. Responsible for managing the administrative activities of the program including identifying funding sources, acquiring funding, setting program policies and objectives, and allocating resources. Being a Sponsored Programs Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Sponsored Programs Director manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Sponsored Programs Director typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Requirements:

    • Minimum age 18
    • Mandatory completion of online training courses
    • Adherence to company policies, including dress code, as outlined in the CHP Seasonal Employee Handbook
    • Ability to stand and walk independently
    • Able to speak English
    • On time for ALL shifts scheduled

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Always remain in character, wearing supplied costume, while on location and within public view
    • Dependable, enthusiastic, outgoing, and professional attitude
    • Ability to drive positive customer experiences
    • Participate as a team member ensuring photo set operations run smoothly, effectively and in accordance with all company policies and procedures
    • Take responsibility to ensure safety for all customers/staff
    • Bunny's Do Not Speak while working in Costume
