Position Summary
LGBT Network is seeking a full-time Director of Programs to oversee programs and services for LGBT people of all ages throughout Long Island (Nassau, Suffolk, and the East End). The Director of Programs manages staff, oversees planning and outreach, and ensures goals and objectives are achieved, with a focus on increasing utilization of existing programs and services. The Director of Programs is responsible for the success of the Long Island Program Department as indicated by the attainment of established program deliverables. The Director of Programs reports to the Chief Program Officer.
