Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in need of care, ensuring their safety, well-being, and comfort. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and individual preferences
- Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Provide transportation for clients to appointments, errands, and social activities
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Engage in meaningful conversation and companionship with clients
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to clients

Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with direct support techniques and practices
- Knowledge of first aid procedures is a plus
- Experience in dementia care is highly desirable

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physical ability to drive, lift, and assist clients as needed
