    What You'll Do

    We're excited to be adding a Stability Coordinator to our growing team! This is an engaging and rewarding opportunity that plays an integral role within the organization. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with our participants and contributing to the fight against homelessness. The Stability Coordinator provides hands-on support, guidance and training for Stability Case Managers. This position oversees participant program activities, provides new hire and ongoing training for the team, and ensures program compliance with service goals and objectives.

    What Your Day Looks Like

    • Collaborate with the Housing Stability Manager to oversee daily operations and development while implementing programs to support homeless at-risk families
    • Supervise case management staff, and conduct regular meetings, record keeping, performance reviews, and coaching
    • Lead recruitment efforts and training for case management staff and ensuring alignment with HF policies and program needs
    • Resolve complex participant / service issues and provide staff with guidance to handle similar situations in the future
    • Develop individual assessments and service plans in line with program goals
    • Enhance participant relations and create a work environment focused on service, diversity, and respect that guides staff to ensure a positive experience for our participants
    • Produce and submit reports on service progress, conduct audits for quality assurance, and maintain accurate records
    • Lead case reviews, exit planning, and program coordination meetings and act as a liaison with funders and community organizations
    • Ensure accurate record-keeping and assist in policy and procedure development
    • Promote culturally competent services and a collaborative work environment
    • Manage a caseload as needed
    • Perform other duties as requested

    What Makes You Successful in This Role

    • Demonstrated ability to exercise appropriate judgement and uphold policies and procedures
    • Skilled in documentation, reporting, and maintaining confidentiality

    What You Bring

    • 3 years of experience in social work, psychology, human services setting or related field
    • Experience managing a team, setting goals, coaching opportunities, and professional development
    • A background in working with nonprofit organizations, social services organizations, or community-based programs
    • Familiarity with Bay Area resources for low-income families
    • Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and other software
    • Ability to travel locally and long distance to meet with vendors and participants

    Salary Range: $65,520

    Position Type: Full-time, Exempt

    Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

    Location: 2567 Mission St with often travel to various housing locations across the Bay Area
