This position is based out of our office in Kennett Square and is not remote!

Responsibilities and Duties
The Staff Accountant is an entry or mid-level accounting professional who is responsible for maintaining financial records at a business, as part of a team. Their duties include reconciling bank statements and balancing the ledger for regular reports.
- Prepare monthly financials for divisions in healthcare, hospitality, real estate, and others.
- Prepare monthly census reports, journal entries and PR JEs.
- Assist in audits including but not limited to fiscal, yearly, insurance and 401K.
- Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly information to state, mortgage company and banks.
- Prepare bank reconciliations, checkbook reconciliations, monthly reconciliations, including but not limited to AR, AP, PP, mortgage and insurance.
- Assist with monthly tenant billing and yearly CAM billing, 1099s and tax billing.
Qualifications
- 2 years college degree preferred or experience in a related field
