Location: McMinnville

About the Office/Working Environment:
- Hybrid position: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote, flexible start times.

- Engaging, welcoming, and friendly team.
As a Staff Accountant, you will:
- Prepare monthly account and banking reconciliations.
- Interact with the General Ledger to ensure accuracy.
- Process and record electronic bank transactions.
- Prepare and post journal entries.
- Communicate efficiently with your supervisor.
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.
Staff Accountant Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of accounting experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Understanding of GAAP principles.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
- Willingness to ask questions.
- Banking knowledge or experience is a plus.
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually
