Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accurately enters data such as fixed assets, depreciation, and lease accounts
• Reconciles daily and monthly bank statements and reports any discrepancies
• Forecasts cash flow on a daily basis
• Oversees accounts receivable process and collection of bad debt process
• Reconciles income statement on a monthly basis
• Reconciles and conducts analysis of general ledger accounts as assigned
• Performs expense analysis as requested
• Assists with preparation of actual vs. budget reports, trends, and forecasts
• Acts as point of contact for audits
• Works on assigned special projects as needed
• Ensures government filings are made timely
• Communicate effectively (verbal and written) with all contacts
• Accept and adapt easily to change
• Ensure that all activities are consistent with Company Mission Statement
• Operate job-related equipment with or without an accommodation

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Previous accounting experience preferred
• Proven knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Ability to apply basic math, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Ability to communicate verbally in one-on-one situations with management and co-workers; listen to others without interrupting and get clarification when needed
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality and accuracy
• Exhibits dependability, including following instructions; responding to supervisor’s direction; and taking responsibility for own actions
• Ability to take initiative, including asking for and offering help when needed; performs work independently without being prompted
• Ability to prioritize and plan work activities; use time efficiently; and work within deadlines
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident (ITAR requirement)
