Standard Job Coordinator creates standard jobs and repair standards for preventive maintenance, machine, truck engine repairs, and component rebuilds. Develops maintenance plans, performs maintenance duties, and/or contracts service providers as necessary. Being a Standard Job Coordinator assesses procedures and makes recommendations for improvement. Requires a high school diploma. Additionally, Standard Job Coordinator typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Standard Job Coordinator works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Class A Drivers (including trainees) run line hauls point to point across the region. For instance, from NW-WA/OR/ID to NorCal/NV to NW-WA/OR/ID, etc. This is 100% no touch, drivers’ home every other week for 48 hours and can have dog or rider from Day one (except for trainees must wait complete training first). Pay is based on experience and is up to $.57CPM.
