Standard Job Coordinator jobs in Brockton, MA

We conduct Kitchen remodeling projects for homeowners. We are seeking a full-time person to coordinate materials in our warehouse in preparation for the installations. You don’t need to be an expert in remodeling; a basic understanding of construction is sufficient. We will provide the necessary training.

WAREHOUSE Job Duties:

• Receiving material deliveries in our warehouse (off-loading trucks)
• Audit the material list and stage jobs in the warehouse for installer pick-up
• Manage inventory
• Coordinate shipping of materials

OFFICE Job Duties:

• Assist in placing orders with our various suppliers
• Conduct courtesy phone calls to customers to update them on their order status

REQUIREMENTS:

• Current forklift certification or experience (will certify if needed)
• Professional phone skills (good vocabulary)
• Must be able to type (use of computer to place orders and send emails)
• Experience using email, smart phones, shared calendars and other technology
• Physically capable of moving materials in warehouse (use of pump jacks)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.75 per hour
