This position is primarily remote, but may need to attend in-person proceedings, and reports to the Senior Operations Manager.

• Assisting with live stenographic Prevail depositions/sessions, which include:
• Capturing the proceeding stenographically and retaining steno notes, if required by the court to provide
• Deposition Read on/Swearing in Witness
• Marking and maintaining Exhibits
• Monitoring and managing the session
• Assisting any sessions with technical/administrative needs Performs other related duties as assigned

• 1-3 years Experience with handling stenographic depositions and court proceedings in Florida
• Current Florida Notary License Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience with video conferencing/database platforms
• Excellent working knowledge of Google Workspaces/Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
• Qualified candidates must have a full and complete understanding of the legal process and requirements for the state of residency as well as basic national knowledge.
