    We are seeking a hands-on highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Analyst to join our Quality Assurance Team. The Senior QA Analyst ensures the success of our products and applications by implementing and leading quality assurance processes and strategies.

    Reporting to the Head of Quality Assurance, the position supervises Manual/Automation testing (front to back) of Acadia's product suites which specialize in Margin management, Agreement management, Risk management and Collateral management. The position requires someone with an automation-first approach and strong working knowledge of finance to lead and mentor our QA team across the US and India. The candidate would be working with Developers and Product managers across multiple teams owning all aspects of Software Quality for Web UI applications, APIs and file-based integrations. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, will be highly technical, and detail oriented, have excellent problem-solving skills and will be able to communicate fluently with and within teams.

    Responsibilities & Duties:
    • Work in close collaboration with both our Product Management and Engineering teams to ensure the inclusion of enhancements requested by clients in the software and ensure delivery.
    • Define regression tests, and production verification and validation for future projects.
    • Develop, implement and lead quality assurance processes and strategies.
    • Create test plans, data, procedures, manual and automated scripts.
    • Lead and manage a team of QA engineers to implement testing plans and procedures.
    • Collaborate with project teams including developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure QA processes are coordinated seamlessly into the product development lifecycle and to establish testing entrance and exit criteria.
    • Performs independent and complex technical and functional analysis for multiple projects supporting several initiatives.
    • Ensures test environment reflects business requirements for test execution.
    • Conduct detailed manual and automated testing of software applications and systems to identify defects and ensure they are resolved before product release.
    • Documents detailed and accurate descriptions on software issues.
    • Develop and maintain automated regression test suites to increase efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes.
    • Communicate and report on testing progress, defects, and overall product quality to stakeholders.
    • Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement changes to improve the overall quality of our products.
    • Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies related to software testing and quality assurance.
    • Mentor and train junior QA engineers to ensure consistent and high-quality testing practices across the team.
    • Take ownership of product quality and proactively identify and address potential risks and issues.
    • Ensures execution of automated project regression test tasks.
    • Analysis of automated test results and failures.
    Technical Skills:

    Required:
    • Possess an excellent end-to-end understanding of QA processes, organization, and techniques to drive quality into the product
    • Ability to anticipate organizational and technical issues, and the ability to provide detailed projections and post-mortems
    • Ability to generate detailed and concise functional testing metrics and measures of quality
    • Work with a team of 10 to 15 members to ensure quality results
    • Experience with QA tools such as Selenium, Postman, Newman, KarateDSL, Playwright and ViTest
    • Experience in creating, documenting and refining QA engineering processes.
    Personal Skills:
    • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to shift priorities as the workload necessitates.
    • Ability to work independently but also can work as part of a team.
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum 5 years as a Senior QA analyst and 8 years in QA
    • Minimum 5 years financial proven experience.
    • Degree in one of Finance, Mathematics or Economics
