- We are a craft beer bar, so you won't have to create liquor based drinks, but pour beer!
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Ensure compliance with all applicable liquor laws and regulations
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor customer behavior and intervene as necessary to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food orders for customers seated at the bar
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
- Understanding of food safety guidelines and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
