  • THE POSITION

    The Department of Revenue is currently on the lookout for a qualified individual to join their team as a Stock Clerk 3. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the ordering, receiving, storing, and distribution of Lottery-related materials and supplies for an Area Office of the Retail Operations Division within the Pennsylvania State Lottery. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining accurate records to support these essential activities.     DESCRIPTION OF WORK

    In this role, you will order ticket stock and other related supplies from Lottery Headquarters, identify obsolete materials, perform periodic physical and electronic inventories and maintain accurate inventory records. This position receives shipments of Lottery related supplies, allocates and distributes marketing materials and assists with deliveries to retail locations.

    Work Schedule and Additional Information:
    • Full-time employment.
    • Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
    • Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, intermittently based on operational need. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Erie.
    • Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

    QUALIFICATIONS
    Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
    • Three years of experience in stores control work, including one year of experience with responsibility for the operation of a small storeroom; and such training as may have been gained through graduation from a high school or vocational school; or
    • Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

    Additional Requirements:
    • You must be able to transport materials weighing up to 60lbs.
    • You must have experience operating pallet jacks, dollies, and forklifts.
    • You must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time.
    • You must have full physical mobility including grasp, reach, push, pull, lift, bend, kneel, and walk.
    • You must be in possession of a valid class C driver's license.
    • You must be able to perform essential job functions.
