    Here’s Where You Come In

    The Retirement Plan Administrator is responsible for an assigned group of retirement plan administration. Keeping abreast of regulatory changes in our industry is an important function of our efficiency and success. Interaction with the client, participants, plan consultant, advisors, auditors, insurance companies, and mutual fund providers will be required to provide third party administrative services. Follow-up and follow-through is the keystone to keeping our promises to our clients.

    Job Responsibilities :

    • Provide necessary information to the client and consultant within specified deadlines.

    • Understanding the goals of the organization and committing to meeting the goals.

    • Maintain communication with necessary parties and complete timely follow-up to ensure all tasks are completed.

    • Interact with clients on who we are, what we do, and their role in the process.

    • Follow up with clients to obtain the necessary and/or missing information on the census.

    • Prepare simple to complex annual reporting and testing for our clients on a timely basis.

    • Compute information and review financial records to complete the Federal Form 5500 and necessary schedules following tax form instructions.

    • Furnish clients with sufficient information and direction to ensure correct administration.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 2 years in retirement plans

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

    • Professional certification designations a plus RPF-1 and RPF-2 in pursuit of the qualified 401k Administrator designation, QKA, QPA

    Department Account Management & Service

    Required Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience

    Required Travel: No Travel Required

    Required Education: High school or equivalent
