Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Deputy Clerk. As an Assistant Deputy Clerk, you will provide administrative support to our Deputy and Clerk of District Court and assist with various clerical tasks. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and development.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, word processing, and filing
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Handle cash transactions and maintain financial records
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Open new cases and process filings
- Assist with court proceedings

-Process passport applications

-Jury management
- Collaborate with other staff members on various projects

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient in data entry, word processing, and office software
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Cash handling experience is desirable
