This position is responsible for dispatching and routing technicians and work orders, which serves all Executive Branch agencies, several County Government offices, and about 32,000 endpoints. This role is vital for the efficient and timely delivery of IT support services. To succeed in this role, individuals need to have excellent customer service skills, proven follow through skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with users, technicians, and management. They also need to have the ability to follow processes and procedures, remain calm in stressful situations, and document each request accurately.
