Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Supervisor to join our dynamic team for venues is San Francisco, Berkeley, and Palo Alto. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of a variety of positions to successful results at our venues. Responsibilities:
- Manage a team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct walkthroughs with your management team to ensure bar visuals are up to par and client aesthetics are being satisfied.
- Train, and develop new team members to ensure our team is always up-to-date with the latest skills and knowledge.
- Oversee inventory management for the venue, ensuring the proper communication is being done between all departments.
- Use our POS system to track sales, inventory, and customer transactions to inform management team of necessary changes.
- Manage administrative tasks, including staff check ins, onsite responsibilities, and follow up reports.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment, addressing any issues promptly and fairly.
- Implement new initiatives and strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Skills:
- Strong background in retail sales and management.
- Experience working at a bar/special events or similar environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to manage a team effectively
- Proficient in using POS systems and administrative software.
- Knowledge of wireless sales and the ability to promote these products to customers.
- Ability to work with management team to meet business objectives.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
