Shift: 3rd Shift (incumbent will train on 1st shift for 1-2 months)
Monday thru Thursday, Weekends as Scheduled Requires
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $22.00 $1.00 shift differential.

This position provides support to the Storeroom Lead. The incumbent will facilitate the disposition of parts & supplies to Maintenance and internal customers. The incumbent will maintain accurate inventory levels an perform cycle counts on a weekly basis and compile balance price & cost reports.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
- Proficient in Microsoft programs, such as Word and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong problem solving & decision-making skills
- Any inventory system experience would be preferred
- Exceptional organizational, written and verbal communication skills
- May exert up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally, and negligible amounts frequently, to push, pull, lift, carry, or otherwise move objects. May lift up to 50 lbs. when performing inventory checks.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receives, counts and records information in the Oracle/ EAM systems
- Matches packing list information to actual packed merchandise and verifies against physical count of stock. Examines and inspects stock items for defects
- Delivers and puts away all Inventory items, tags and labels incoming special orders to their correct locations. Answers and notifies appropriate persons for incoming deliveries
- Performs weekly cycle counts to help achieve acceptable inventory accuracy.
- Maintains acceptable and accurate inventory levels, reports shortages - overages and identifies causes to Storeroom Supervisor
- This includes purging old and or obsolete items as needed along with proper documentation, changing electronic and paper records as well as performing ‘Complete Physical Inventory Counts’ as required by company policy, and reconciles the inventory records for a complete and accurate count.
- Stage parts kits for Maintenance as directed by the Maintenance Planner
- This position works closely with Maintenance during plant startup activities that includes equipment and parts as assigned to work orders.
- Will be required to work with and develop equipment and ideas deemed to be confidential information and/or trade secrets owned by the company. This person will be required to protect the company's rights in and ownership of those trade secrets and confidential information.
- Perform other duties as assigned such as housekeeping
