Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee web management, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and site experience. The ideal candidate will drive promotions, pricing strategies, and optimize the online shopping journey using cutting-edge tools to maximize sales and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the website to ensure smooth functionality and deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies to increase website conversion rates and reduce cart abandonment.
- Lead pricing and promotions strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and profit margins.
- Collaborate with developers and customer service teams to enhance the overall site experience and improve user journeys.
- Monitor OliverGal.com release calendar to ensure site readiness of campaigns, collaborations, and trade features.
- Manage products, collections, merchandising, orders, and content within a Shopify Ecommerce store.
- Report on site performance and derive strategic opportunities for conversion rate optimization (CRO) based on data.
- Launch landing pages through Replo to enhance the customer experience journey and test new persona-based messaging guides by the Marketing team.
- Develop A/B testing ideas, framework, and prioritization with the Marketing team to drive core web experience KPIs.
- Synchronize inventory and product information from ERP systems to Shopify.
- Align web fulfillment activities with retail operations and third-party logistics providers.
- Adopt SEO best practices across the web experience.
- Act as a liaison between the web, Marketing, and Trade teams.
- Coordinate and contribute to order review for all releases.
- Create and manage in-app drawings and winner selections.
- Create draft orders for various partners, influencers, and brand activations.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, customer service, and marketing to improve customer journeys.
- Leverage tools like Microsoft Clarity, Yotpo, Shopify apps (e.g., Rebuy), Replo, and Hot Jar to gain user insights, optimize reviews, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Own key performance indicators (KPIs) including Website Conversion Rate, Average Order Value (AOV), Cart Abandonment Rate, Revenue Growth, Sell Rate, Landing Page Conversion Rate (CVR), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven expertise in managing website operations, including the implementation of CRO strategies.
- Strong experience in developing and executing pricing and promotions strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Proficiency in using tools such as Microsoft Clarity, Yotpo, Hot Jar, Replo, Shopify apps, and Google Analytics to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to improve customer journeys and web experience.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to coordinate multiple high-quality deliverables.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on tracking and optimizing KPIs such as Website Conversion Rate, Average Order Value (AOV), and Cart Abandonment Rate.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in eCommerce in the DTC space, ideally from a brand that also supports an Omnichannel business.
- Proven experience in marketing and retention roles.
- Expertise with ChatGPT, Klaviyo, GA4, Northbeam, and Shopify for content creation, email automation, and e-commerce management.
- Proficiency with tools like Asana/Wrike, Google Analytics, Elevar, and Rebuy.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership skills to guide a creative team and ensure cohesive branding.
- Basic SEO knowledge and experience with customer communications.
