Regent Cabinets is hiring an Inventory and Distribution Analyst for a Full-time job in Lakewood, NJ.  
 
An Inventory and Distribution Analyst is a professional responsible for managing and optimizing inventory and distribution processes within a company. Their primary goal is to ensure that the right products are available at the right locations, in the right quantities, and at the right time to meet customer demand while minimizing costs.

Regent Cabinets, a member of the HCI portfolio, provides custom cabinets, countertops, and related hardware to the multi-family construction industry.  The Company also imports pre-cut stone, marble and quartz countertops that are sold with their cabinets. Regent is currently focused on the premium, 100 unit segment of the multi-family market in the US. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Putting together Pick lists for the weekly deliveries.
• Partnership with field managers to assist with any missing materials on-site.
• Managing documentation relating to outbound loads and assembly capacity.
• Leadership and key liaison between field management, sales team, and warehouse/shipping teams
• Assist with the agendas and provide project support where needed, including team meetings and key action items.

Job Qualifications:  

• Organizational Skills: The candidate will be expected to handle various tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively. This will include: managing calendars/appointments and maintaining files and records.
• Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. This includes: answering phone calls, drafting emails, and preparing documents with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Time Management: The candidate will be responsible for managing your workload and meeting deadlines.
• Attention to Detail: The candidate should be capable of producing error-free work, proofreading documents, and ensuring accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Adaptability: changes in priorities, projects, or work processes happen, the ability to adapt quickly and efficiently to new situations is crucial for success in this role.
